A unique, ground-floor opportunity to act as both a builder and strategic advisor for a new, AI-enhanced dental clinic network. The role involves shaping the digital vision from the start, focusing on developing customer-facing websites and internal AI-powered systems to create a lean, scalable, and efficient clinic model. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with the potential for long-term growth and impact across multiple consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and optimize two high-traffic dental websites for UX and conversion
• Implement intelligent, logic-based forms to generate leads
• Create AI-powered tools to automate dental quote generation and x-ray evaluation
• Set up and customize a CRM with AI integrations for lead nurturing
• Build internal AI "agents" (eg, evaluation bots, AI scribes) to streamline clinic operations
• Advise on the technical and operational strategy for scaling the clinic network

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Full-stack web development experience, preferably with high-traffic websites
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and APIs (eg, OpenAI, LangChain)
• Experience with CRM integration (HubSpot is a major plus)
• Familiarity with automation platforms and logic-driven workflows
• Soft Skills:
• Proactive problem-solver and systems thinker
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
• A consultative mindset, offering solutions, not just implementation
• Comfortable in lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Languages: English required; Spanish fluency is a plus
